Sliced Cantaloupe & Yellow Rice
Ingredients
- Fat Free Refried Beans (1 can)
- 5 Fat Free Flour Tortillas
- Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup (1 can)
- Fat Free Sour Cream (4 oz)
- 2 Chicken Breasts (Cooked, Cubed)
- 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
- Enchilada Sauce (1 Small Can)
Directions
- Spread 2-3 T of beans on each tortilla
- Combine soup, sour cream, & chicken and place the mixture in the middle of the tortillas. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Roll the Tortillas up and place them in a greased 8X8 or bigger baking dish.
- Pour the enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle some more cheese
- Bake, covered, @ 350 for approximately 35 minutes
